Unlimited planning meetings beginning 5 weeks out

We will create & design floor plan & design logistics(table moving, decor repurposing, etc)   

                                  We will take over communication with all vendors 4 weeks out to ensure accurate details, timing & logistics

                                  We will run the rehearsal and assist with any day before preparations and/or errands

Full wedding day coordination management of ceremony & reception(no set amount of hours)

                                  We will box up and load into car all wedding decor/ belongings at the end of the event
