I'm Anna, owner and lead wedding planner at Hudson Grey Weddings.
It was 2014 when I decided I was tired of working in the TV production industry and wanted to try something that made me excited, something I had always been fascinated by. I packed up my life in Bend, OR and made the move to Scottsdale, AZ to dip my toes in the wedding planning industry.
I started out as a banquet captain for a corporate wedding venue company where I got to see the not-so-pretty side of weddings. As a banquet captain, I essentially learned the ins and outs of executing a full wedding from start to finish. Although it wasn't the most glamorous job, I realized after my first week that I had absolutely found my passion. I moved up with the company and after a few years, had helped open up two venues and was successfully executing around 100 weddings a year.
As my passion and love for weddings continued to grow, I was presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to open up the venue of my dreams in North Scottsdale. This was my final destination before deciding I was ready to offer full service planning exclusively through Hudson Grey Weddings.

Month-Of Coordination & Wedding Weekend Planning
I’m Bailey, associate planner & coordinator with Hudson Grey Weddings.
I found my start in the planning business as a banquet captain at a luxury resort in Montana. I spent two years there executing events across a 37,000 acre ranch, from long table dinners in the stable to intimate weddings along a river bend. It was a beautiful and ever challenging venue where I was able to learn how to plan and execute luxury outdoor events from the ground up, literally!
Following the pandemic, I moved to Arizona to further my career in event planning and I took on a role as venue coordinator for a country club in Scottsdale. The romantic in me swooned every time we held a ceremony on the lawn and I realized very quickly weddings were what I wanted to pursue full time.
I love the sentimental parts of a wedding and I truly believe every little thoughtful touch that you put into a wedding guests' overall experience throughout the weekend(not just on the wedding day), leaves such a big impact on how they will remember it as a whole.
I can't wait to begin working with you all to create the ultimate wedding weekend!
